Looking for the Blood Legion

Postby Spazz on Tue Sep 01, 2009 4:47 pm

I'm new to WoW...well, kinda new, I tried it for 2 weeks a few years ago but wasn't interested in playing serious at the time. Anyway with the lack of decent MMO's out I decided to give it another try. So here is what I mean about "Looking for the Blood Legion". I'm the founder of the Blood Legion on an old space 3rd person shooter called Freelancer. We are a sick little clan that enjoys torturing our enemies there. Anyway, when I decided to pick up WoW again I thought to look up the Blood Legion and see if a guild of this name already existed. Obviously I found you.

So I'm coming here to see if you guys are willing to recruit someone willing to start from scratch. Noob. Don't get me wrong, I may be a noob as in new to the game but my MMO experience is vast. I usually max out levels pretty fast though I probably won't be spending 18 hours a night playing anymore. I'm past that phase. That was when I played Everquest. But I am willing to contribute in any way I can when I am on. I haven't decide what race or class I will be as of yet on your server but I have played just about every arch type in past MMO's. So if you guys are willing to give a new guy here a try just hit me a pm, post on this topic or find me on xfire. My Xfire is spazzin.

Long Live the Blood Legion!!!

Interested in joining Blood Legion? Due to the small size of the guild, recruiting is very strict and normally limited to only the classes we need, but we are always open to reviewing applications for any talented individual looking to join our ranks.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can raid at least 5 days a week (Fri & Sat are offnights) from 7:45pm est to 12am (or later if necessary.) If you are unable to commit to this schedule, do not bother applying. You must have experience with high end raid content, and have the gear to be able to function efficiently in those instances.

Please keep in mind that we receive a lot of applications; the officers must go over all applications and this process can take up to a week. Please wait to be contacted by an officer concerning the status of your application.

Hey we don't really consider applicants who have very little wow experience. We are a very competitive guild and look for people with vast amounts of wow experience. If you are still interested after you hit max level and get some decent raiding experience (a few months at least) under your belt feel free to put in an application. It would probably be a waste of time for you right now.

Fair enough, Raiding 5 nights a week isn't my thing anymore.

As for the content, raiding is raiding no matter what MMO, granted some things vary but from my experience they are all pretty basic. WoW being an easier version of Everquest would not be very hard for me to adapt. But like I said, real life takes presidence so I know I wouldn't be able or willing to dedicate 5 nights a week on raiding.

Thanks for the information. I will build my characters up and if things change I'll look you guys up again in the future.

Well, that's great. You just saved yourself and the guild a lot of time and immediately disqualified yourself.
