sneaking isn't pking-- because it is a class-defining skill. that would be like saying that shaman using totems is an unfair advantage for shamans.
really any class can be good at pvp, you just have to get to know your class and know what to use when on different classes.
there's a big difference, imo, between dueling and pvp. in duels, each person has the chance to get ready and do battle. in pvp, it just starts, the only difference is planned pvp battles, say in the stv arena, were both groups agree to a certain ruleset from the get go.
in big battles, being a rogue is tough. you get singled out by warlocks, mages and hunters if you're visible with the large group. I found that stealthing, and then leaving the group's area to sneak around behind enemy lines to attack their casters/priests was probably the best thing i could do for my "side." by eliminating a priest or a mage-- generally a single target, because once you pop and attack, their buddies converge on you-- helped the overall group to achieve some forward progress.
i think a good thing to try is to have our rogues in one group all go stealth and get behind the enemy casters as a group, and then in sync attack different casters. hopefully that would create too many targets for their protectors to focus on, and would drop a % of their healing and nuking forces.
i dunno, just some thoughts....
