Looking for Warrior?

I checked the Recruitment section and it says looking for one warrior. I filled out an application and hope to speak to someone soon. I turned 60 about a week ago and am on my way with getting the Attunement quest done. I am curious if it is required to have all of the keys to all of the raid instances (BWL, MC, Onyxia) before you join?

I dunno, I've been a fan of getting into Onyxia raids because nub apps don't have their key yet.

But yeah... it says a lot of good things about an app when they've put the time in to get attuned and keyed before apping.
