now that i look more clearly some of the patch notes look really bogus, and everything else is something blizzard has already talked about on the forums

Yeah definitely some bogus stuff... I bet the shaman quest is to get our own version of WotF just to balance our class with all you imbas.

Charm and Polymorph mechanics can now be reactively countered by spells and abilities
(e.g. Will of the Forsaken will counter Mind Control).
