I am currently a 56 (nearly 57) mage. What would happen if I submitted an application and if all goes well you guys accept me into the guild? Do I go to the Legionaires until I get to 60 or am I just put on the shelf until I hit 60?

I believe that the requirement for a mage is level 58. So when you reach level 58 and if your application is accepted, you'd be put into the applicant guild (Blood legionnaires).

So that means don't apply till I am 60 (mage required level).

Thanks for the clarification.

Class # Needed Min level
Mage 2 60

According to the main page, yes, don't apply until 60.

However, you seem confused about one thing: All applicants are put in the legionnaires for at least a month before they even have a chance of entering Blood Legion. During that month you are basically under probation: we check you out to see if you mesh with us, if you're actually a good player, all that jazz.

So wait until 60, and don't come just expecting to waltz right into BL, you gotta prove yourself first just like the rest of us had to.

Aye. I understand the standard operating procedure. What confuses me is seeing level 57 Shamans and Priests in Blood Legionaires already.

So, at 60, I apply and if I am accepted I go to the Blood Legionaires for a set amount of time to see if I have what it takes to wear the badge of Blood Legion. Then, if I prove my worth in Blood Legionaires, I go through another vote behind doors to decide if I can go into Blood Legion.

I think I got it all straightened out. Believe me, I do not expect to waltz into anything. Nothing for me has come easy it seems. : )

Thanks again.

Most of the lower lvls you see are either;

1. Alts
2. Members we've had who recently got the game(few)

Also there are many people with multiple lvl 60 alts, so if you were to look up wowrankings or any guild info sites the total member count is far less than what those sites say. We had 82 when i counted recently, including inactive members. Damn alts make our roster say 130 ish ><

Heh... yeah the funny thing is how sometimes even WE have a hard time fielding a good molten core squad.

Course that all changes when I finish up the school year. ;)
