They ran an emulated server and just edited some MPQ files to get these I believe.
Notice how an undead is wearing the Shaman set? Its because he made it so it showed the graphics of the item. They didnt actually get it.

Like teh OMG! Wtfs with the turbans?? I was hoping for a cool helm...but once again I must turn off helm visibility.
Im pretty sure these look a lot better on the right races... like the warrior one should be on a tauren so it looks BIG.
