I just recently got level 55, and I was wondering how I begin the Key quest. I had heard that it starts after completing a quest in BRD, but im not positive.

It shouldn't have any prereq I think. You go to kargath and climb up the watch tower. Talk to the goretooth guy and listen to his story. At the end, he gives you an item that you right click and that starts the quest.

You need lvl 56 to get it.
