What is the best way to spell-weave? Would it be living bomb/dot spread then aoe or would you blizzard or flame strike spam?

When they spawn,
Pyro a blood, LB, Blastwave (if you don't have impact). Fireblast to spread pyro dot to everything.
Depending on how long your raid leader wants to keep them alive, you don't do anything else here. If you guys kill them immediately when they spawn, continue to next step.
When it's time to kill them, if they alrdy have pyro dot on all of them, then just Blastwave->DB->spam flamestrike until their dead.
